Notice is hereby given that I, Murzban Khurshed Mehta, of Citroen Wells, Devonshire House, 1 Devonshire Street, London W1N 2DR, was duly appointed, by the Secretary of State, as Liquidator of the above-named Company with effect from 4th February 1998.   The Liquidator does not propose to summon General Meetings of the Creditors or Contributories for the purposes laid down in section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Creditors are reminded that they may require the Liquidator to summon such a meeting in accordance with the rules by one-tenth in value of the Company’s Creditors.   Notice is further given that Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 4th May 1998, to send in their full names and addresses, full particulars of their debts and claims and the names and addresses of their Solicitors, if any, and, if so required by notice in writing by the said Liquidator, are, personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they shall be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.   All debts due to the Company shall be paid to me forthwith.
