At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, held at the offices of Casson Beckman & Partners, Bow Chambers, 8 Tib Lane, Manchester, on 11th February 1998, the following Extraordinary Resolutions were duly passed:   “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable that the same be wound-up voluntarily, and that the Company be wound up accordingly, and that Andrew Fender, of Casson Beckman & Partners, Lichfield Place, 435 Lichfield Road, Aston, Birmingham B6 7SS, be and is hereby nominated Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” S.
