Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 4th February 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 9th February 1998, Joy Williams, on behalf of NATALIE RACHEL WILLIAMS, of 122 Grove Park, Knutsford, Cheshire WA16 8QD, a minor and a British citizen by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Natalie Rachel Newman and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Williams.
