Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Members of Roberts Furniture Limited will be held at Martin House, 26-30 Old Church Street, London SW3 5BY, on 13th March 1998, at 11. 30 a.m., to be followed at 12 a.m. by a Meeting of Creditors of the Company. The Meetings are called pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him/her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meeting should be lodged at Martin House, 26-30 Old Church Street, London SW3 6BY, no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the Meetings. D.
