Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Rifsons Saud, 63-64 Charles Lane, St. John’s Wood, London NW8 7SB, on Thursday, 26th March 1998, at 11 a.m., to be followed at 11.15 a.m. by the Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor.
