Notice is hereby given that I, Donald Phillip Gendall, Sterling Ford, 2 Railway Approach, East Grinstead, West Sussex RH19 1BP, have been duly appointed by the Creditors under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986, as Trustee of the above-named Bankrupt at a Meeting of Creditors held on 23rd December 1997. All persons who have in their possession any of the effects of the Bankrupt must deliver them to me and all debts due to the Bankrupt must be paid to me. Notice is also hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named estate in bankruptcy, are required, on or before 6th April 1998, to send in their full forenames and surnames, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to me at Sterling Ford, Cambridge House, 6-10 Cambridge Terrace, Regents Park, London NW1 4JW, and, if so required by notice in writing from me, are, personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
