Notice is hereby given, that in accordance with section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Coopers & Lybrand, Plumtree Court EC4A 4HT, on 31st March 1998, at 9.30 a.m., for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
