Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 93 and 95 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Company will be held at Conduit House, 24 Conduit Place, London W2 1EP, on 2nd March 1998, at 2 p.m., for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report, which will be followed at 2.15 p.m. by a Meeting of its Creditors, for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report and for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. The Liquidator will furnish Creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the affairs of the Company as they may reasonably require upon written request. Proxies for use at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator not later than 4 p.m., on the business day preceding the Meetings, with a proof of debt if one has not previously been submitted. I.
