Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Weston Kay, 73-75 Mortimer Street, London W1N 7TB, on 3rd April 1998, at 2 p.m., to be followed at 2.30 p.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors, for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the company’s property disposed of and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
