A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of receiving an account of the conduct of the winding-up, pursuant to section 146 of the Insovlency Act 1986 and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meeting will be held at Pannell Kerr Forster, 2 Barnfield Crescent, Exeter, Devon EX1 1QT, on 30th March 1998 at 11 a.m. Proxy forms if applicable, must be lodged at Pannell Kerr Forster, Exeter, not later than 12 noon on 27th March 1998, to entitle Creditors to vote by proxy at the Meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if one has not already been lodged).
