Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above-named Companies will be held at the offices of Cork Gully, Churchill House, Churchill Way, Cardiff CF1 4XQ, on Thursday, 26th March 1998, at 10 a.m, to be followed at 10.15 a.m. by a Final Meeting of Creditors, for the purpose of laying before the Meeting an account of the winding-up showing how it has been conducted and the Companies property disposed of, and of giving an explanation of it, and determining whether the Joint Liquidators shall have their release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. P. J.
