Notice of application to stop-up Highway Land adjoining Beechwood, Wellington Avenue, Virginia Water, Surrey

Notice is given that application will be made to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Station Approach, Woking, on Thursday, 26th March 1998 at 10 a.m., for an Order that highway in the borough of Runnymede in the county of Surrey, being highway amenity land adjacent to Beechwood, Wellington Avenue, Virginia Water, Surrey, the situation of which is indicated on the plan which may be inspected at the Civic Offices of Runnymede Borough Council, Station Road, Addlestone, Surrey, on the days Monday to Thursday, between the hours of 8.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. and on Friday, between the hours of 8.30 a.m. and 4 p.m. and is represented by the part shaded black shall be stopped-up.
