The Camden (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No.  ) Order 199 

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Camden propose to make the above-mention Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985, and the Road Traffic Act 1991.   The general effect of the Order will be to designate disabled persons’ free parking places in: Baldwins Gardens, Balmore Street, Belsize Avenue, Carol Street, Fordwych Road, Glenilla Road, Gloucester Crescent, Greenwood Place, Haverstock Hill, Iverson Road, King Henry’s Road, Lady Margaret Road, Lambole Street, Leverton Street, Little Russell Street, Oakley Square, Raglan Street, Raveley Street, Somali Road, Spencer Rise, Wolsey Mews to provide that the vehicles which may be left in those parking places shall be those displaying a valid permit issued by any Council. To revoke existing disabled persons’ vehicle parking in Belsize Avenue, Springfield Walk, Dartmouth Park Road, Lancaster Grove.   Anyone wanting to know more about the proposal should contact Mr. Agwu-Jones.   A copy of the proposed Order and of the Camden (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No. 1) Order 1993, plans and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Environment Reception, Fifth Floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ.   Any person wanting to object or make other representations to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and specify the grounds thereof and address it to the Director of Environment Department, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ, to reach us by 20th March 1998, within a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
