The Crown Commissioners & Camden (Prescribed Route) (No. 18) Traffic Order 1997

Notice is hereby given that on 19th February 1998, the Council of the London Borough of Camden made the above-mentioned Order, the details and effects of which were published in The London Gazette, on 2nd January 1997, under reference No. 492.   The general effects of the Order will be to:   (i) introduce one-way traffic flow in Chester Mews North (eastbound);   (ii) introduce one-way traffic flow in Chester Mew South (westbound);   (iii) prohibit any vehicle entering Chester Mews North at its junction with Albany Street; and   (iv) prohibit any vehicle entering Chester Mews South at a point 14.5 metres east of its junction with Chester Close South (western arm).   A copy of the Order, which will come into force on 9th March 1998, may be inspected/obtained during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Environment Department Reception, Fifth Floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ.   Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the requirements thereof, or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
