At an Extraordinary Genreal Meeting of the above-named Company convened, and held at 1 Westminster Way, Oxford OX2 0PZ, on 20th February 1998, at 11.40 a.m., the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tracey Maris, of Grant Thornton, 1 Westminster Way, Oxford OX2 0PZ, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.” D.
