Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Annual General Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Mercury House, 1 Heather Park Drive, Wembley, Middlesex HA0 1SX, on Wednesday, 20th March 1998, at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the preceding year. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy may not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for both Meetings must be lodged at Ableman Shaw & Co., Mercury House, 1 Heather Park Drive, Wembley, Middlesex HA0 1SX, not later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the day of the Meeting.
