Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Armitage & Co., Park House, Park Square West, Leeds LS1 2PS, on Monday, 6th April 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of receiving the report of the Liquidator and of the winding-up, and of determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company. The proxy must be lodged at the offices of Armitage & Co., Park House, Park Square West, Leeds LS1 2PS, not later than 12 noon on the day preceding the Meeting. A. J.
