The Secretary of State for Wales hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under section 249 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, revoking the Conversion of Highways into Footpaths or Bridleways (Cardiff City Council) (No.1) Order 1979.   The effect of the Order is to re-open to through traffic that part of Havelock Street, Cardiff, which extends from its junction with Wood Street in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 26 metres.   Copies of the Order and the Order being revoked may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of Cardiff County Council, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff, or may be obtained, free of charge, at the Welsh Office Highways Directorate, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF1 3NQ (quoting Ref.
