Stopping-up of Highway

Notice is hereby given that the Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, the Highway Authority. pursuant to section 116 of the Highways Act 1980, intends to apply to the Magistrates’ Court, sitting at Cramic Way, Port Talbot, on 2nd April 1998, at 2.15 p.m., for an Order that part of the highway at Rhiw Llech View, Croeserw, be stopped-up along its entire width from its eastern end for a distance in length of approximately 45 metres in a westerly direction on the grounds that it is unnecessary.
  The proposed area of highway to be stopped-up is shown coloured pink on a plan which may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours at the main reception desks in the Civic Centres at Neath, Port Talbot and Penllergaer.
