Notice is hereby given, that the Creditors of the above-named Company, are required, on or before 3rd April 1998, to send their names and addresses with particulars of their debts and claims, to the undersigned, Frank Arthur Simms and John Michael Munn, of F. A. Simms & Partners, Insol House, 39 Station Road, Lutterworth, Leicestershire LE17 4AF, the Joint Liquidators of the said Company, and, if so required in writing from the Joint Liquidators, either personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, and in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proven.
