Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Geoffrey Pollard & Co., 5 Coldbath Square, London EC1R 5HL, on Monday, 30th March 1998, at 11.30 a.m., for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
