At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Cooper Lancaster Brewers, 14 Wood Street, Bolton BL1 1DZ, on 16th February 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that William Michael Cliff, of Cooper Lancaster Brewers, be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.” J.
