At an Extraordinary General Meeting of WER (MVL) (1998) Limited held at Price Waterhouse, No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, on 27th February 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up as a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation, and that Colin Graham Bird and Anthony Victor Lomas, of Price Waterhouse, No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, are hereby appointed as its Liquidators and the powers of the Liquidators may be exercised by either independently of the other.”
