Notice is hereby given that an application will be made to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Camps Road, Haverhill, Suffolk, on Wednesday, 1st April 1998, at 11.30 a.m., by St. Edmundsbury Borough Council, as agents for Suffolk County Council, the local highway authority, for an Order that certain lengths of highway on Bures Court, Marlborough Court, Rutland Court and Salisbury Court, Clements Estate, Haverhill, in the county of Suffolk, shall be stopped up on the grounds that the said lengths of highway are unnecessary. A plan showing the areas of highway to be stopped up may be inspected, free of charge, at the Borough Offices at the following times: Angel Hill, Bury St. Edmunds, Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Lower Downs Slade, Haverhill, Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. L.
