The A638 Trunk Road (Stubbs Railway Bridge Improvement Side Roads) Order 199 

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that he proposes to make an Order under sections 14 and 125 of the Highways Act 1980, in relation to the A638 Trunk Road at Stubbs Railway Bridge, in the Metropolitan Borough of Doncaster, which will authorise him to:   (a) construct a new highway;   (b) stop off private means of access to premises;   (c) provide new means of access to premises; all in the vicinity of the route of the trunk road mentioned above.   Copies of the draft Order and the plan referred to in it, may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours from 3rd March 1998 until 1st April 1998, or within 7 weeks from the date of first publication of this notice if that period expires later, at the Highways Agency, St. Christopher House, Southwark Street, London SE1 0TE; at the office of the Divisional Director, The Highways Agency, PO Box 206, City House, New Station Street, Leeds LS1 4UR; Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council, Borough Engineers, Scarborough House, Chequer Road, Doncaster DN1 2DB; Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council, Copley House, Waterdale, Doncaster DN1 3EQ; and at Woodlands Post Office, 236 Great North Road, Woodlands, Doncaster DN6 7HP.   Any person may object to the making of this Order by notice in writing, so as to arrive not later than 21st April 1998, or within 7 weeks from the date of first publication of this notice if that period expires later. The notice should be addressed to the office of the Divisional Director, The Highways Agency, Project Services, PO Box 206, City House, New Station Street, Leeds LS1 4UR, quoting Ref. YHNMD F4410/65/21/1, and state the grounds of objection. In the preparation of the objection and the statement of the grounds of an objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of any objection or representation may be communicated to other people who may be affected by it.
