Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Members and of the Creditors will be held at the offices of Ernst & Young, 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester M2 3EY, on Friday, 17th April 1998, at 10.30 a.m. and 10.45 a.m. respectively, to receive an account of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and to hear any explanations that may be furnished by the Liquidator.
