At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Eastgate Office Centre, Eastgate Road, Eastville, Bristol BS5 6XY, on 24th February 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Richard John Hill, of Richmond Park House, 15 Pembroke Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 3BG, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” C.
