Notice is hereby given that any persons having a claim or interest in the Minstergate Plc Retirement Benefits Scheme (formerly known as the Ace Belmont International Plc Retirement Benefits Scheme) (the Scheme”) are required to send particulars in writing of such a claim or interest to the Trustee of the Scheme c/o Mr. S. Southern, Hammond Suddards Pension Trust Limited, Trinity Court, 16 John Dalton Street, Manchester M60 8HS, on or before 5th May 1998, after which date the Trustee will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which it then has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice. Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme, or who have received correspondence relating to the Scheme from Hammond Suddards Pension Trust Limited.
