Notice is hereby given that in relation to the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Mark William Johnson and Michael Patrick Walker, carrying on business selling fires and fireplaces at 38 Piccadilly, York YO1 1NX, under the style or firm name of The Fireplace, Michael Patrick Walker has retired from the firm as from 19th February 1998.
