Notice is given that the Partnership previously carried on between John David Chart, Anthony Fine, Colin Anthony Isenberg, Edward Pugh Marston, Peter Herbert Moody, Jeffrey Lee Rubenstein, David Ostroff, Harold Raphael Shupak, Neil John Shestopal, Peter Talibart and Alan Bennetts, carrying on business as Solicitors under the style or firm name of Barnett Alexander Chart, has been terminated as from 28th February 1998, so far as concerns Jeffrey Lee Rubenstein, who retires from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said firm will be received and paid respectively by John David Chart, Anthony Fine, Colin Anthony Isenberg, Edward Pugh Marston, Peter Herbert Moody, David Ostroff, Harold Raphael Shupak, Neil John Shestopal, Peter Talibart and Alan Bennetts who will carry on the said business in Partnership under the style or firm name of Barnett Alexander Chart.
