A Meeting of the Contributories of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator, under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of laying before the Meeting an account of the winding-up and giving an explanation of it. The Meeting will be held at 1 Gillingham House, Pannells Court, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4EU, on 15th April 1998, at 10.30 a.m. A Meeting of Creditors for a like purpose will follow at 10.45 a.m. at the same date and place. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 4 p.m. on the working day prior to the Meeting to enable Members or Creditors to vote by proxy at the Meeting. A. J.
