The Chichester (Off-street Parking Places) Order 1989 (Amendment No. 1) Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that the Council have made an Order, on 27th February 1998, under sections 35(1) and 124(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, details of which appeared in The London Gazette dated 27th November 1997, the issue number of which was 54961 (Ref. 521) and The London Gazette dated 4th December 1997, the issue number of which was 54968 (Ref. 493).   The effect of the Order is as described in those notices.   The Order will come into operation on Wednesday, 1st April 1998.   A copy of the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at East Pallant House, Chichester, and at the Council’s Area Office at North Street, Midhurst and Newlands, Pound Street, Petworth.
