The A41 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route (Side Roads) (No. 2) (Amendment No.   ) Traffic Order 199 

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other enabling powers.   The general nature and effect of the Order amends the A41 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route (Side Roads) (No. 2) Traffic Order 1997, so that the existing loading bay in Park Road is reduced in length to allow an access to be constructed for the proposed medical centre located at the junction of Park Road and Hendon Way.   A copy of the original Order, the proposed Order, a plan of the relevant area and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order, can be inspected between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., on Mondays to Fridays inclusive (Bank Holidays excepted) until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published at:   (a) Traffic Section, Room 1006, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ;   (b) The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG.   Further information may be obtained by telephoning the London Borough of Barnet (Traffic Section), on 0181 359 4351.   Any person desiring to object and/or make other representations relating to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof, to the Director of Environmental Services (Traffic Section), London Borough of Barnet, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ, within the aforementioned period of 21 days.
