BUNZL TEXTILES PRODUCTS LIMITED PENSION SCHEME

Bunzl Textile Products Pension Trustee Limited (as trustee of the Bunzl Textile Products Limited Pension Scheme), gives notice, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the above scheme is to be wound up. If any person believes that he or she has an entitlement under the Scheme and that such claim might not have been taken into account, would he or she write with details (name, address and reason for claim) to D. M. Cordell, Bunzl Textile Products Limited, PO Box 1, Victoria Mills, Saviletown, Dewsbury, West Yorkshire WF12 9AL. A claim is not required from persons who received the notice dated 17th March 1997 about the Scheme. Any claim must be registered by 4th May 1998. After the above date, the Scheme’s assets will be distributed in meeting valid claims and securing benefits for persons known to the Trustee to have entitlements under the Scheme. The Trustee will have no liability to any person claiming an entitlement after the above date which was not evident from their records.
