Notice is hereby given that Guildford Borough Council in exercise of its powers under section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers, have approved a variation in certain parking tariffs currently contained in the (1) Guildford Off Street Parking Places Consolidation and Amendment Order 1996 and (2) Guildford Tunsgate Car Park Off-Street Parking Places Order 1995.
