At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 27 High Ash Avenue, Leeds LS17 8RS, on 26th February 1998, the sub-joined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Gerald Maurice Krasner, of Bartfield & Co., Burley House, 12 Clarendon Road, Leeds LS2 9NF, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” P.
