Notice is hereby given that on 28th February 1998 the existing Partnership between Sam Samuels, Roger William Vertue Wilson and Hambro Countrywide Conveyancing Limited and carrying on business as “HAMBRO COUNTRYWIDE CONVEYANCING” was dissolved. Any debts, due and owing by the said business will be received and paid respectively by Hambro Countrywide Conveyancing Limited. A new Partnership between Roger William Vertue Wilson and Hambro Countrywide Conveyancing Limited commenced on 1st March 1998 and will carry on business under the same name as before.
