Stopping-up of a Highway at Workington, Cumbria
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives
notice that the Order proposed to be made under secion 247 of the above Act to authorise
the stopping-up of a length of Bow Flatts, Great Clifton, Workington, in the borough
of Allerdale, referred to in the notice published on 21st November 1997, will not
be made, the application for the Order having been withdrawn.
