On 27th February 1998, the Company was placed in Members’ voluntary liquidation and Timothy James Bramston, of 12 High Street, Stevenage, Hertfordshire SG1 3EJ, was appointed Liquidator by the Shareholders. The Liquidator gives notice pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Creditors of the Company must send details, in writing, of any claim against the Company at the above address, by 31st March 1998, which is the last day for proving claims. The Liquidator also gives notice that he will make a Final Dividend to Creditors and that a Creditor who does not make a claim by the day mentioned will not be included in the distribution. T. J.
