At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Moore Stephens Booth White, Cornwall Buildings, 45 Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 3QR, on 26th February 1998, the following Resolutions were passed as an Extraordinary Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:   “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and that accordingly the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Roderick Graham Butcher, of Moore Stephens Booth White, Cornwall Buildings, 45 Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 3QR, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.” P. T. Jones, Chairman     Note.  At a Meeting of Creditors held on 26th February 1998 the Creditors confirmed the appointment of Roderick Graham Butcher as Liquidator. 26th February 1998.
