Notice is hereby given that the Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Ernst & Young, Apex Plaza, Reading RG1 1YE, on 7th April 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes mentioned in section 4.127 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meeting of Creditors is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member of the Company, to attend and vote instead of him. For the purposes of voting, any proxy intended for use at the Meeting must be lodged with the Company at its registered office Ernst & Young, Apex Plaza, Reading, Berkshire RG1 1YE, no later than 12 noon on 1st April 1998.
