At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 41 Stanley Road, Carshalton, Surrey, on 20th February 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That Lee Savell Investments Limited be wound up voluntarily, and that Christopher Rodney Ashurst, of Neville Russell, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 4EA, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” E.
