At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Enterprise House, 83 a Western Road, Hove, East Sussex BN3 1LJ, on 20th February 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Thomas Merchant Burton, of Enterprise House, 83 a Western Road, Hove, East Sussex BN3 1LJ, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” P.
