Notice is hereby given, pursuant to rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I, Patrick W. Hartigan, of Moore Stephens Booth White, 3-5 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD1 7HG, being the Joint Liquidator of the above-named Company, intend to declare a First and Final Dividend within the period of 4 months from 30th March 1998. Those Creditors who have not yet proved their debts in the Liquidation are required, on or before 30th March 1998, to send their names and addresses with particulars of their debts to me, and, if so required in writing by me, personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any dividend declared before such debts are proven.
