Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Constant Wood, 8 Great Dockray, Penrith, Cumbria CA11 7BL, on 27th March 1998, at 10.30 a.m., respectively, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up during the year ended 20th December 1997; and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at either Meeting must be lodged at Constant Wood, 8 Great Dockray, Penrith, Cumbria CA11 7BL, no later than 4 p.m., on 26th March 1998. A. A. A.
