A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of approving the attached receipts and payments accounts and to confirm that this account has been reconciled with that held by the Secretary of State, for approving her release under Rule 4.125 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, and for approving the Liquidator’s remuneration.
