At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 52 Moss House Road, Marton Moss, Blackpool, Lancashire FY4 5TG, on the 16th February 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that John Nicholas Jacklin, of Hindle & Jepton, 10 Borough Road, Darwen, Lancashire BB3 1PL, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” G.
