I, Ivan Jones, of Birchall Blackburn, of Crystal House, Birley Street, Preston, hereby given notice that I have been appointed by the Secretary of State as Trustee of the estate of the above-named Bankrupt.   All persons having in their possession any effects of the Bankrupt must deliver them to me and all debts due to the Bankrupt must be paid to me.   Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must forward their proof of debt to me.
