Notice of Adoption of Proposals for a Local Plan
East Hampshire District Local Plan: First Review

Notice is hereby given that on 27th February 1998, East Hampshire District Council adopted these plan proposals with modifications. The adopted proposals will form part of the development plan for East Hampshire District Council. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area.   Copies of the adopted proposals are available for inspection at:   1. Planning Reception, East Hampshire District Council, Penns Place, Petersfield, Hampshire GU31 4EX, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.;   2. Alton Information Office, 7 Cross and Pillory Lane, Alton, Hampshire, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. (Closed 1 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.);   3. Whitehill and Bordon Information Office, Forest Community Centre, Pinehill Road, Bordon, Hampshire, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. (Closed 1 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.);   4. Horndean Information Office, Tyfield House, Blendworth Lane, Horndean, Hampshire, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.;   5. Bramshott and Liphook Information Office, The Haskell Centre, Midhurst Road, Liphook, Hampshire, Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Closed 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.); and   6. Local Libraries at Alton, Bordon, Grayshott, Horndean, Liphook and Petersfield, during normal opening hours.   The proposals came into operation on their adoption. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 4th March 1998, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
