Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Ernst & Young, Apex Plaza, Reading RG1 1YE, on 23rd April 1998, at 10.30 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member of the Company, to attend and vote instead of him. A.
